Six-year-old Aunna’s awe-inspiring experience at the South Carolina Ballet’s performance of ‘Off The Wall & Onto the Stage’ underscores the importance of innovation and creativity, according to Amanda Wise, principal product marketing manager at SAS. Wise uses Aunna’s story to emphasize the role of marketers in generating excitement and interest, as she detailed in her presentation at the Content Marketing World event. Wise suggests that marketers need to do “human things” and bring energy and innovation to their roles, to inspire and influence those around them in their companies. This, according to Wise, is the key to becoming an effective and influential marketer, or as she calls it, a ‘marketing baddie’. Wise encourages aspiring marketers to learn more by watching her presentation video, which promises to boost their confidence and skills in less than 40 minutes.
